I am an active member of the Durham Real Estate Investors Club and attend the Durham REI monthly meetings to connect with other real estate investors and professionals and to stay informed about the current market trends and conditions, landlord/tenant laws, and regional economic fundamentals to be able to find the properties that match our goals.
